Exposes her work at Agora Gallery the Cuban artist Martha Jimenez

Nueva York- This October 18, took place the opening ceremony of the collective exhibition Mystery as Muse, where the artist Martha Jimenez participates, at Agora Gallery. The exhibition will be available to the public from October 13 to November 2, 2018.

The exhibition explores humanity's search for the unknown. It has 14 international artists, with a mixture of painting and sculpture, the work captures the mystery of what it means to be human. From the secrets of the universe to the unexplored waters of the subconscious, the exhibition closely analyzes the scope of the human imagination.

Creating a large number of works that cover a variety of media, from paintings to sculptures, ceramics, and prints, Martha Jimenez is interested in the anthropology that underlies the works she does, as well as in the formal experience of looking at her art.

With Martha Jimenez,  also participate in the exhibition, Ignatius, Maria de Echevarria, Fiz Dominguez, Dora Duran, Larry Greenberg, Anton Hoeger, Frank M. Alba, Noriyoshi Morimoto, Patricia Queiruga, Ana Riesser, Paula Sayago Lundin, Siv Storøy and Ok HyunYoon.

Agora Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in the heart of Chelsea's art district in New York. Established in 1984, Agora Gallery specializes in connecting artists and art collectors with national and international artists.

Throughout the years, Agora Gallery has sponsored and attended special events aimed at promoting social awareness and promoting the use of art to help the needy.
