Martha Jimenez participates in collective exhibition "40 in quarantine or immune art"

Camaguey- The artist Martha Jimenez Perez participates in the collective exhibition "40 in quarantine or immune art", inaugurated on July 10 at the Alejo Carpentier Universal Art Gallery, in the city of Camaguey.

In the exhibition, Jimenez Perez showed off an original work created in these difficult months that the world is experiencing. It is titled "The Heart of the Moon", and it is a new visual proposal that reveals that there is no rest for dreams and yearnings in the new moon phase.

Lianny Montalvan expressed in her words to the Catalog this unforgettable affirmation: "The works that fill our exhibition halls are diverse in styles, techniques and formats. Several artists have turned their shapes and colors into social chronicles, others reflect the effects of loneliness and thirst for eroticism, in some the line of work continues ”.

The specialist also explained that "With this exhibition selection and the multiple actions carried out during these months, we can affirm that the health of art in Camaguey remains immune, transforming problems into impulse and joining the many hands that defend the best of humanity".
